Eligibility for Refunds:

Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required to process any refunds or replacements.

Once your request is approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided by customer service).

Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be processed for items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
