Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. However, during high-demand periods, processing may take an additional few days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment. 
  • We offer both standard and express shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on your location and chosen method at checkout.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at  thekadamabatree@gmail.com 
  • If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process a full refund using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
